Use of Access

4. Pinterest Pin Creation & Content Responsibility

User Content

You may upload text, images, links, and other materials ("User Content") for creating and managing Pinterest pins.

Rights & Permissions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

Each pricing plan includes specific limits, including but not limited to:

7. Payments, Billing, Refunds & Cancellation

Payments

All fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. PinMentor does not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Monthly & Yearly Plans

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date.

Lifetime Plans

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are not applicable in cases involving:

• Account abuse or policy violations
• Excessive usage before the refund request
• Fraudulent activity

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments outside the applicable refund window.

Lifetime Access Disclaimer
